Manufacturing
Cold heading, thread rolling, CNC machining, stamping and secondary operations for standard and custom hardware.
We manufacture and supply standard and made-to-order fasteners for equipment manufacturers, engineering companies, distributors and industrial projects worldwide.

Our factory produces bolts, screws, nuts, washers, pins, rivets, retaining rings, keys, springs and related engineering hardware. Production is organized around stable processes, consistent dimensions and dependable batch-to-batch quality.
Cold forming, thread rolling, machining, heat treatment, surface finishing, inspection and packing are coordinated to meet the requirements of each drawing, standard and application. Standard products and custom parts can be supplied across a wide range of sizes, materials and finishes.

Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum and other materials selected for the intended working environment.
Mechanical properties and corrosion protection are controlled through suitable heat-treatment and surface-finishing processes.
Dimensions, threads, hardness, mechanical properties, coating and appearance are checked according to the product specification.
Every part we ship moves through the same six stages, in our own plant. The controls listed under each stage are the ones that decide whether a fastener meets its class — not marketing copy.
Wire rod is drawn to size and cold-formed into blanks. Forming rather than cutting keeps the grain flow continuous around the head, which is where a bolt is most likely to fail.
Head dimensions and under-head radius checked at set-up and per shift.
Threads are rolled between hardened dies rather than cut. Rolled threads are stronger in fatigue than cut threads and hold pitch and flank angle far more consistently across a batch.
Go / no-go ring gauges to ISO 965 tolerance class 6g.
Quench-and-temper brings carbon and alloy steel to the property class ordered — 8.8, 10.9 or 12.9 — with the furnace charge tracked so a finished lot can be traced back to it.
Core hardness and tensile tested per lot to ISO 898-1.
Zinc, zinc-nickel, hot-dip galvanizing, black oxide, phosphate and Dacromet, selected against the service environment rather than against the price list.
Coating thickness and neutral salt spray hours to ISO 9227.
Optical sorting checks every piece for dimension, thread condition and mixed parts, so a carton of M8 contains M8 and nothing else.
Automated 100% sort on critical dimensions, plus AQL sampling.
Bulk, boxed or bagged to your part numbering, with the material test report and the lot number travelling in the carton rather than arriving by email a week later.
Lot traceability from carton back to the furnace charge.
We supply products to widely used ISO, DIN, ANSI/ASME and other industrial standards. When a standard item does not fit the application, our team can review drawings, samples and technical requirements for custom production.
Material grade, property class, dimensions, tolerances, finish, marking, testing, packaging and documentation can be confirmed before production.

Share the standard number, drawing, material, finish, quantity and delivery requirements. Our team will review the details and prepare a quotation.
